Day 1: Arrival in Kigali, Rwanda

Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, you’ll be met by our 4 Days Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Safari representative who will transfer you to your hotel near Volcanoes National Park. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Kigali, Rwanda’s vibrant capital city, known for its cleanliness and cultural attractions. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda

After an early breakfast, we’ll head to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park rangers before beginning our first gorilla trekking adventure. Trek through the lush forest of Volcanoes National Park in search of the endangered mountain gorillas. Spend an hour in their presence, observing their behavior and capturing photographs. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you can visit the nearby Twin Lakes or the Iby’iwacu Cultural Village for a cultural experience. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Uganda

Enjoy the scenic drive through the countryside, passing by rolling hills and local villages. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge or camp near the park. Dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning the trek. Trek through the dense forest, following the guidance of experienced trackers, until you locate a gorilla family. Spend another magical hour in their presence, observing their behavior and capturing photographs. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, bid farewell to Bwindi as we drive back to Kigali, Rwanda, with stopovers along the way. Upon arrival in Kigali, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable double gorilla trekking experience.
